It’s a Friday evening… big weekend plans… so my shower and toilet become backed up and will not drain/flush; needless to say, the situation was concerning! I googled 'plumbers in my area' and up pops Clog Busterz with a very positive review score. I called and spoke with a very pleasant lady, and she said someone could be here in a couple of hours or less. I was thrilled! I was sent the credentials of Terrell Martin (including a pic) via text from the company. Shortly after, I received a call from Terrell to inform me of his ETA. He arrived promptly and was polite and professional. He diagnosed the issue and went over all possible remedies and charges before he began his work. Terrell quickly fixed the problem and was on his way. I now know why this company receives so many positive reviews. Terrell Martin and Clog Busterz earned this 5 star review! Thanks again🙏🏼

I have used their service 4 times now over the years, and they have been great on both emergencies and general plumbing additions to my home. All the guys, including Jessie and Tyler, are very professional. Amanda in scheduling is very detailed and gets the service order right every time. I highly recommend them. One thing I don't like to look for shortcuts on is plumbing in my home. A small leak can cause big problems if left unchecked. We called Clog Busters Plumbing for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I did not get the first crew's name, but I tell you they did a fine job. Water leaks can ruin a great home just by neglecting them. We had to call them out again to replace a toilet. Excellent service again. The gentleman that assisted us this time was Christian. Josh was great! The water in my bathtub wouldn’t turn off on a Friday night. I was able to shut the main water valve off, and Josh was at my house first thing Saturday morning and had my faucet fixed in no time! Very affordable, and straightforward pricing. Dakota and Travon were an awesome team! They showed up earlier than we expected them, and that was wonderful because we wanted to get things going. They were friendly and yet professional throughout the entire day that they were here. Dakota always explained exactly what was going on and what the options were and involved us in the decision-making, but of course we deferred to him as the professional. He explained ways that we could save money on future projects and made suggestions for things that we were trying to make decisions about. All in all, my husband and I felt very confident that we were getting an honest assessment of everything and that the work that was being done was up to code. A big plus was the friendliness and the warmth of both men. The next time we need something done in the plumbing of our home, we are going to call and request Dakota for sure and hopefully Travon could be paired with him again as they made a great team! Last but not least, I was surprised at the reasonableness of the cost of all that they did! Hope that they can keep these rates steady.

Last week I had a blockage and a busted pipe. First, they came the next day instead of in 2 weeks. Everyone I encountered with Clog Busterz was polite, respectful, and helpful! Ricky Rader did an amazing job replacing the busted pipe and Tyler Pierce was fantastic in getting rid of the blockage! They were so careful to explain everything and to clean up after themselves! Christian from Clog Busterz Plumbing was extremely helpful this week—came on time, thoroughly inspected a possible leaking pipe, confirmed it was not leaking, then took photos to document it. I then asked him to check out a faucet that tends to drip. He came back the next day, on time, replaced the cartridge after purchasing it from a local store in only a half-hour, and it now doesn’t drip at all! Thank you, Christian, for premier service!

Jesse did a phenomenal job upgrading the plumbing in our tub/shower from three handles to one handle. He was friendly and personable, very knowledgeable, and kept us updated on his progress. He allowed us to observe as he tested the new fixture and pipe fittings to make sure there were no leaks before finishing the job.
