They Were Absolutely Amazing! Feb 3, 2026

Brandon and Matthew Lewis (maybe Louis 😬) came out to my apartment today, and from the second they walked in, I knew that the job was going to be done RIGHT the FIRST time! When they came in, I told them the problem that was going on a little bit more in depth, and they told me everything from start to finish: what they were doing, what they were going to check. They were in contact with their boss and my landlord to let them know what was going on—not just half of the problem, the WHOLE problem—to get things actually FIXED the correct way. I have had quite a few people come out over this issue, and here come Matthew and Brandon killing it and fixing the WHOLE problem! I am very thankful that these technicians were the ones who were sent out. My whole hot water tank was gone gone, and everyone else tried to bandaid OR they’d come in and see I had a literal TAD of hot water, turn it off, and dismiss me, and they did exactly what should’ve been done the first time (and this was this company’s FIRST time coming out). I appreciated their honesty from the jump, and their kindness showed towards my kids who were talking their whole ears off. They were absolutely amazing! I’ve told my landlord, and I HOPE AND PRAY this is our company for the rest of my time living here, because I know it’s going to be done right the first time. They were very thorough and even stayed a couple minutes to make sure everything was 100% good. Thank you, Brandon and Matthew L!!! I hope to see you guys again! Thank you for being amazing!!! I already left a review on Yelp, but Jesse deserves the credit here on Google too. I tried changing my own anode rods, but the water heater manufacturer had them tightened so much that they would not budge at all. I called another company and was quoted a shocking amount of money. After seeing people online recommend Clog Busterz, I gave them a call. They sent out Jesse L., and he did everything possible to get the anode rods removed and replaced for a fraction of the price I was quoted elsewhere. I’m very satisfied with the job overall and will use Clog Busterz in the future!

My 30-year-old water heater finally bit the dust, and because I had used Clog Busters for previous plumbing issues, I called them. James arrived later that day to check out exactly what he needed to replace the unit, called around and found one of the size I needed, and provided a fair price for the replacement unit and labor costs. James and Braxton returned the next day and efficiently installed my new unit. Because I had just had a knee replacement, I couldn’t move things around in the laundry room for them, but it was no problem. They moved and replaced everything exactly like it was. Friendly, efficient, helpful, and reliable. Could not have asked for a better job. Thanks James and Braxton.

Our water heater/water leak issue presented a puzzling mystery. We kept having water around the base of our new hot water heater (installed by Logan). Clog Busterz was available after hours to schedule a technician, and Logan was calm, patient, and professional each visit—3 times. He found the source of the leak, and, of course, replaced our failed hot water heater with a new one. I will recommend Clog Busterz to everyone I know.

Last week, we needed a replacement for our electric water heater. Tommy came to the house to give us a quote. We had three other companies do the same. Tommy, with Clog Busterz, searched for all the savings that he could find, including a military discount, to give us a great price—$30–$40 less than the other companies. Dakota Schmidt and his apprentice came to do the install. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I watched the entire install. Dakota and his partner asked me lots of questions to make sure that they installed the water heater and the pipes exactly how I wished. They even installed additional shut-off valves, as I requested. They also cleaned the work site after they completed the job. Tommy, Dakota, and apprentice, thank you, gentlemen. A job very well done.

Our water heater was leaking from the cold-water intake valve and we couldn't shut it off. Had to shut off all the water in the house. Called Clog Busterz the next day; got an appointment that same day for Tony to look at it. It was calcified quite a bit and needed to be replaced. Jesse helped us with a tricky problem we had with our old, cast-iron pipes. He was able to re-route some plumbing in our basement to be more reliable and much easier to maintain. He was extremely careful to cut as little drywall as was possible, which I particularly appreciated. He even considered the drywall repair process when making the cuts, which is definitely above and beyond. While this was not a cheap job, the price was fair and the quality of the work was excellent. We will use Clog Busterz in the future, and we will ask for Jesse when we do.

Fixed My Leak in a Timely, Professional Manner Feb 25, 2026

I had a water leak in our main line. We have over 1500 feet of line from our meter to our home and it is in the Palisades. The Palisades is nothing but solid limestone. Dig 6 inches and it's rock for the next 4 ft or more. Having a leak in an environment like this is an absolute nightmare and most plumbers will not even consider the job. Jesse from Clog Busterz came out, took a look, and made a game plan. Due to weather (ice storm) and other obstacles, he was able to fix my leak in a timely and professional manner. The girls in the office were amazing with communication and follow-up. I appreciated their professionalism and willingness to work in less than ideal conditions. I will not hesitate to call them again if I need a plumber.
