James arrived later that day to check out exactly what he needed to replace the unit, called around and found one of the size I needed, and provided a fair price for the replacement unit and labor costs. James and Braxton returned the next day and efficiently installed my new unit. Because I had just had a knee replacement, I couldn’t move things around in the laundry room for them, but it was no problem. They moved and replaced everything exactly like it was. Last week, we needed a replacement for our electric water heater. Tommy came to the house to give us a quote. We had three other companies do the same. Tommy, with Clog Busterz, searched for all the savings that he could find, including a military discount, to give us a great price—$30–$40 less than the other companies. Dakota Schmidt and his apprentice came to do the install. They were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I watched the entire install. Dakota and his partner asked me lots of questions to make sure that they installed the water heater and the pipes exactly how I wished. They even installed additional shut-off valves, as I requested.
