These terms apply when you book work with Clog Busterz Plumbing LLC ("Clog Busterz," "we," "us"), use this website, or receive messages from us. If something here doesn't match what a person from our office told you in writing about your specific job, the written job document — your estimate or invoice — is what governs.

When you book, we give you an arrival window — not an exact minute. Plumbing is unpredictable: the job before yours can turn into something bigger than it looked. If your technician is going to miss the window, we will tell you and give you a new one, and you can keep the appointment or reschedule.
You can cancel or reschedule at no charge — use the link in your confirmation text, or call us. If nobody is home when the technician arrives and we can't reach you, we may have to reschedule the visit.
You get a price before work begins, and you approve it before we start. If we open something up and the job turns out to be different than it looked, we stop and re-quote — we do not run up a bill and hand it to you at the end.
Diagnostic and camera work are paid services. Any coupon or promotion is subject to the terms printed on it, applies to one job unless stated otherwise, and can't be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.
Payment is due when the work is complete unless we've agreed to different terms in writing. We accept cash, check, and major cards; card payments are processed by our payment provider, and we never store your full card number. Returned checks and past-due balances may incur fees as allowed by Kentucky law.
We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our workmanship. The specific warranty for your job — how long, and what it covers — is stated on your estimate or invoice, because it differs by the type of work and by the manufacturer of any equipment installed. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer under their terms.
Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, from work performed by someone else, from items flushed or poured down a drain that shouldn't be, or from pre-existing conditions in a system we were not hired to repair. If you think something we did isn't right, call us first — we would much rather come back out than have you unhappy.
Please give our technician safe access to the work area and secure pets. Plumbing systems are largely hidden inside walls, floors, and the ground; we are responsible for our own workmanship, but we can't be responsible for pre-existing conditions, undisclosed prior repairs, or damage that results from the failure of components we were not engaged to inspect or replace. Where a repair requires opening a wall, ceiling, or ground, restoration of finishes is a separate service unless your written estimate includes it.
If you opt in, we text you about your service: booking confirmations, appointment reminders, "technician on the way" notices, and a short check-in after the visit. Message frequency varies with your service activity, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. What we collect and why is spelled out in our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect what we need to schedule and do your work, we don't sell your information, and you can ask us to delete it.
The content on this site — including pricing guides, articles, and any AI assistant — is general information to help you understand your options. It is not a diagnosis of your specific system and it is not a quote. Only a written estimate from a Clog Busterz technician who has looked at your plumbing is a quote. Don't rely on general information for emergency decisions involving gas, sewage, or flooding — call us, or call 911 if there's danger.
Except where Kentucky law does not allow it to be limited, our liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Kentucky consumer protection law, and nothing here waives liability for our own negligence where the law does not permit it.

We may update these terms; the version posted here on the day you book is the one that applies to that job. Material changes will be reflected in the "updated" date at the top of this page.
