A toilet that runs, rocks, or leaks is usually a repair — not a replacement. A toilet that won't stop running is almost always a worn flapper or fill valve. Water pooling at the base means the wax ring has failed. A toilet that rocks when you sit down needs to be pulled, re-set on a fresh wax ring, and bolted down properly — ignore it long enough and that slow seep rots the subfloor around the flange. All of it is routine work for us: flappers, fill valves, wax rings, and full tank rebuilds, with most toilet repairs running $150–$450 depending on what's actually wrong. You approve the exact flat-rate number in writing before we start, and every repair carries a 1-year labor warranty.

Replacement is the honest answer when the bowl or tank is cracked, or when you're pouring repair money into an old water-guzzler. We install everything from contractor-grade units to standard and premium models from American Standard, Kohler, and TOTO — including comfort-height and ADA options — with the toilet included, haul-away of the old one, and a leak-tested reset on every install. If the real problem is a clog rather than the toilet itself, that's a drain cleaning call, and we'll tell you so.

A dripping faucet is easy to tune out — but every drip is water you're paying for, running straight down the drain day and night. Most drips come down to a worn cartridge or stem, and we stock the fix for the brands Central Kentucky homes actually have: Moen, Delta, Kohler, and Pfister. A cartridge swap stops the drip without replacing a faucet you like.

When it's time for a new one, we install kitchen faucets (pull-down models available), vanity faucets, and shower valves — including complete tub and shower rebuilds — with the faucet included, or we'll professionally install one you bought yourself. Humming but not spinning? That's a jam, not a death — something is wedged in the impeller plate. Cut the switch (a stalled motor cooks itself) and book an unjam: it's one of our most affordable fixes and it saves the unit more often than not. Dead silent even after the reset button? That's usually the motor, and replacement is the answer. Leaking from the bottom of the unit? The internal seals have failed — that's not economically repairable — though a leak at the sink flange or drain connections is just plumbing, and that we can fix.

For new installs and replacements we carry everything from 1/3 HP up to 1 HP, including the quieter Evolution series and septic-safe models, with the disposal, new mounting hardware, and haul-away included — or we'll install a unit you supplied and add a power cord kit if it shipped without one.
